A street escape is a clue game played in the street. In this case, as long as the space is adequate, you can play both outdoors and indoors. We adapt to your needs!

Ideal for large groups

“Detectius literaris” allows 50 to 150 people to play at the same time. It is ideal for animating fairs, esplais, conventions, school activities, conferences, major festivals, gatherings… a very versatile activity, for young people and adults.

Hybrid: mobile + physical

In addition to finding physical clues in the game space, you need a mobile device with internet access to play.

HOW DOES IT WORK

Versatile set-up adapted to your space

1. A playing area is delimited

large enough so that the teams have space to move freely without constantly bumping into each other. In this space, various physical clues are found during the game, which are removed as soon as the activity ends.

It can be played both outdoors (square, park, pedestrian zone, forest…) and indoors (sports complex, industrial warehouse, convention centre, civic centre…).

2. A checkpoint is set up

where players go to start the game. There they are explained how the game works and they are given the necessary instructions to be able to play.

3. It requires a mobile device

with internet access in order to play. With a device for each team, the playing time is controlled, clues are provided and solutions are introduced to the puzzles players find. There is no need to download any application or register anywhere, since it is a website.

4. A ranking is generated

when the game ends, ordering the teams based on the time it took them to solve the game. The time of each team is measured independently, it is not necessary for them all to start and finish at the same time. The ranking shows all the teams that have participated, ordered from shortest to longest time it took to solve the case.

How to play?

👪Players must form teams of up to 5 people and each one must look for several posters spread throughout the established playing area.

📱On their mobile they find part of the information necessary for the investigation (maps, images, text, audios…), which they will have to complete by visiting the different scenarios of the case.

🧩There are several types of enigmas with which different abilities and perceptions are exercised: attention to detail, spatial intelligence, deductive logic…

🔍Teams must look for clues in the game space autonomously to solve all the puzzles in the shortest time possible.

🏆The final ranking offers a bit of competitiveness so the teams have an incentive to solve the case in the shortest time possible.

Case 1: Crime in Vila Grimm

The detective agency Riding Hood Investigations, specialised in solving cases in the literary sphere, is recruiting agents to help solve a mysterious criminal case that occurred in the world of the tales of the Grimm Brothers.

The teams of detectives must explore the game space looking for evidence and witnesses that will help them solve all the riddles of the case.

Gather your team of up to 5 investigators and prove that you are the best by solving the mystery.

You will only need a smartphone with internet to transmit all the information to the agency’s website in real time. Have a good time!

50+ players

We recommend between 50 and 150 people play at the same time, but with enough time, the number of players can be unlimited.

Playing time may vary depending on the desired duration and the skills of each team.

Children under 12 years old can also enjoy the adventure if they are accompanied by adults who play with them.
