How to buy a gift voucher

If you want to give a unique and original gift:

  1. Choose the adventure you want to give with an open date and pay by card. You can also choose a multi-game gift card valid for any adventure.
  2. You or the person you give it to will immediately receive an email with a code to redeem, valid for six months.
  3. If you prefer, you can come to our location to collect a personalized physical voucher: a Soviet Navy recruitment letter, a Roman emperor’s parchment, a sealed letter from the School of Magic… Specify it in the comments when purchasing the voucher and contact us to agree on a time to collect the voucher.

How to book with a gift voucher

If you have been given a voucher and want to redeem it:

  1. Access the page of the game you have been given as a gift through the top menu. In the case of a multi-game gift card, choose the game you prefer.
  2. Select the day and time you want to play and the number of players. If you are more players than the voucher includes, you can pay the price difference at the time of booking or at the location on the day of the game.
  3. Enter the gift voucher code and your contact details. The value of the voucher will be automatically deducted from your cart.
