What is an escape room?

An escape room is an interactive adventure game in which a group of people is locked in a room or themed setting. The goal is to solve a series of riddles, puzzles and challenges within a limited time to escape or reach a specific goal. Participants must work as a team, think creatively and use their wits to discover clues and solve puzzles that will lead them to the final solution.

Can more or fewer people play than indicated in each escape room?

Unfortunately not. Due to space and the number of puzzles to be solved, the games cannot be played with a number less or greater than that stipulated for each game.

From what age can people play?

Groups of players of mixed ages can participate without any problem. The minimum recommended age for games for adults set with family difficulty is 10 years old. The youngest children can also accompany the adults and enjoy the experience, but in a more immersive than active way.

How far in advance should we arrive?

It is not necessary to arrive in advance of the booked time, but it is very important not to arrive late as it may affect the rest of the sessions. In the event of a delay of more than 10 minutes we cannot guarantee that the activity will take place in its entirety, and we may have to shorten or cancel it depending on the situation.

Is it scary?

No, none of our games are scary or terrifying and you will not unexpectedly encounter actors in the game.

Can a player be added at the last minute?

There is no problem as long as the maximum number of players allowed in each game is not exceeded. The difference in price will be paid after the game.

How can I make a reservation?

You can select the game, day and time you want to book on the page for each game. You can also contact us and we will make the reservation for you.

Is it suitable for pregnant women? Can we bring babies?

In our games there are no scares, shocks or demanding physical tests, so they are suitable for pregnant women and can be played with babies in a carrier or backpack. There is some form of seating in all rooms, so you can rest during the game.

Is the escape room wheelchair accessible?

Our venue is wheelchair accessible and we have accessible toilets. The game rooms are wheelchair accessible, but in some cases there are small spaces that are part of the game that are not accessible and a player without a wheelchair will need to access them to complete the game.
